Payment
Payment is due upon purchase. I will not make the banner until I receive payment.

Shipping
Shipping is done by computer. I will send you a preview of the banner by link. If you like it, you can save it to you pc.

Refunds and Exchanges
If I make the banner and you want something changed, that will be done at no extra charge. I will only charge if you wish to upgrade from a regular basic banner to a animated banner, or a basic banner to a custom banner and so forth.

How long have you been making banners and flyers?
I have been making banners for a few years. I've just started making flyers this year. I started doing them free and since so many people wanted one, decided to turn it into a small side job.

Where can I see samples before I order?
You can see samples by clicking on the Gallery tab on the left side

How much does a item cost?
Please refer to the Prices tab.

Why can't I have animated flyer?
I don't make animated flyers for 2 reasons:
1) Animated flyers are not popular
2) People may want to print the flyer out and pass them out; you can't print out animations.

After I order a item, how long will it take for me to get it? After I receive payment and it clears, I will send you a e-mail with detailed questions to gather your ideas. After I get a response, I immediately start working on it and I will send you a preview of the item by link as soon as it is done. If you like it, I will send the actuale item to you. You can then save it to your pc.

Why can't I see a sample of the banner I want before I buy it?
This is due to people asking for one and then not wanting one.

Can I become supported by Banner-Mart?
Yes, but you have to put our logo on your page as well (we will check).
